I purchased this specifically for my Ipad and our other tablet computer. It is perfect and very stylish. The only drawback I found is I carry to much stuff in my wallet so I can only take the essentials with this bag.

The computer in my daughter's room is about 60 feet away from our broadcast point and there were several walls in the way. She could never get more than one bar(poor) reception and her connection often dropped totally. I had purchased a USB adapter that was supposed to have a "power boost" that increased the signal strength, but if it helped at all it wasn't enough to notice. I received this new adapter just a few days after ordering. It included a mini-CD and instructions on how to set up and access the driver for the adapter. The print on the instructions was very small and it didn't explain that you need to look at the numbers on the CD sleeve to know which driver to choose when the menu came up. These are the only complaints that I have! The driver loaded swiftly, I attached the antenna to the adapter(it simply screws on), plugged it into my USB port, and was online in no time. I had written a long review and submitted it before. Not sure why it is not showing up. Because the battery runs down pretty fast on the G74SX, I was going to get and inverter and run the stock power supply to power the laptop with the engine running in my 2000 Ford Excursion.
I came across this DC to DC power supply and hoped that would be an easier way to go.
It turns out that the cigarette lighter in the truck is lower Amps (10A I believe), but the 4 other 12 Volt Power Points located throughout the vehicle are all Max 20 Amps draw.
So, I assumed I would be fine using the other outlets. Looks like their max would probably be 240W (20A @ 12V)
Seeing as the cigarette lighter outlet is generally rated at 120W max if you are lucky, I have only been using the 20A outlets and they have worked just fine with this power supply so far. There is actually also a 15A fuse built into the cord of the power supply.

The ordering specifications were rather intimidating as to models supported. And it was a last minute purchase, a week prior to an extended truck-camping trip. I was pretty pleased that it worked out of the box,w/o destroying my ASUS laptop, or otherwise destroying my trucks electrical system. (Semi-joking)
The manufacturer produces a reliable, quality product..and the specifications are accurate as to model supported. Build quality is also good..well made.
